did you happened to go into the irish pub there? great shepards pie and effing great beer. they have live music at times too. at least they did when i was there in 04.

I didn't go there, but I did see it. It looked packed! We ended up going to some seafood place down th estreet a bit.

Lots of good places to go, and you can carry open containers of beer on the street. Not too shabby of a place indeed.

anita - my wife went there last St. Patty's Day. She loved it. I think we are going to plan a trip sans children next time. We need an adult vacation, and Savannah on St Patty's Day sounds pretty good. Ever go anymore?
